Hello, my name is Stacey, and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist.
My own journey through trauma is what led me into this work. These experiences gave me a deep empathy for others and a real understanding of how overwhelming life can feel when anxiety, old patterns, or unresolved emotions keep resurfacing. They shaped the therapist I am today... someone grounded, compassionate, and committed to creating a safe, supportive space where healing can happen.
Over the years, the feedback I’ve received from clients has reinforced my confidence in my role as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. Many describe feeling understood, calmer, and more in control after working together, which is exactly what I aim to offer.
